Medical Tax Certificates 2026

Tax season is around the corner, and we are in the process of sending your tax certificate to you.

Your medical tax certificate will be made available to you in any of the following ways:

Member

• E-mail

If we have your valid e-mail address, you will receive your medical tax certificate via e-mail from the Scheme before the end of June.

• WhatsApp

If you don’t have an e-mail address, you can access your medical tax certificate from WhatsApp 080 000 6942. Click here to view the step-by-step guide on how to access your medical tax certificate on WhatsApp!

• Employer

The Scheme will also send an electronic file containing your medical tax certificate to your Employer. You can request a printed copy from your Employer.
