Medical Tax Certificates 2026

Tax season is here, and you should have received your medical tax certificate from the Scheme by now.

Your medical tax certificate was made available to you via:

• E-mail

If we have your valid e-mail address, you should have received your medical tax certificate via e-mail from our mailbox phmember@platinumhealth.co.za

• WhatsApp

If you don’t have an e-mail address, you can access your medical tax certificate from WhatsApp 080 000 6942. Click here to view the step-by-step guide on how to access your medical tax certificate on WhatsApp!

The Scheme also sent an electronic file containing your medical tax certificate to your Employer. You can then request a printed copy from your Employer.
