Criteria for Employer Nominated PH Trustees selection

Platinum Health (PH) is calling for potential and qualifying candidates to apply for vacancies in the PH Board of Trustees (BOT). Candidates that apply need to meet the following criteria:

• Candidate must possess any of the following qualifications and/or experience i.e., medical, legal, financial and/or experience in the medical scheme industry as a Trustee, Senior manager, or an Executive.
• If the candidate has experience in the medical scheme industry only, then the candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• The experience mentioned above within the medical scheme industry should be a minimum of at least four years.
• It will be preferred if the candidates are qualified in the medical, legal and financial fields that they should be registered with appropriate and relevant professional bodies in SA.
• Candidates must be fit and proper to be a Trustee and be willing to be subjected to a vetting process.
